What happened
Carrier was on [REDACTED] on the [REDACTED] of [REDACTED]. They approached the house looking around to make sure a dog was not behind the gate because the mailbox is posted right by the gate. As they were walking to deliver mail in the mailbox a dog came out of nowhere and jumped on the gate which startled them causing her to fall. As they were falling she extended out my right arm to break fall.
