On [REDACTED] EE was servicing a cluster box located at [REDACTED] When EE opened the cluster box she bend to move the tub with a mail closer to the cluster box and while she was doing that cluster box door swing back. When she was raising up cluster box door jabbed into left shoulder causing pain. When she came back from the route around [REDACTED] and reported an accident.
