On [REDACTED] The carrier returned to the [REDACTED] Post Office and was putting her equipment away at the case of [REDACTED] approximately at [REDACTED] When she put a tub at the end of the case she was bent down and when she stood up she hit her head on a black basket that was attached to the end of the case. She came to the office and said she was ok. The closing Supervisor and an RCA advised her to go to the ER to get checked out after giving her paper towels for the blood and ice for any swelling.
