CCA was delivering on [REDACTED]. At [REDACTED] he was delivering to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was walking around the side of the house on the sidewalk to get to the mailbox. There was ice on the ground that was hidden by snow. The carrier slipped and fell injuring his right hand and pinky finger and left ankle. [REDACTED] was wearing proper footwear as well as his cleats.
