What happened
Carrier was delivering mail on the [REDACTED] and when he came to [REDACTED] there was a stray dog on the porch where it feels comfortable to sleep. When the dog was startled by the mail carrier [REDACTED] it began chase and Carrier did not use the first line of defense instead he began to run away from the dog and the dog gave chase. Carrier saw the next thing a customer vehicle to escape when he jumped onto the back of the POV he shattered the back window on the [REDACTED] as the customer was walking out at the same time he noticed the incident.
