On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] call management around [REDACTED] to go to the collage station machine when I got there she said that a heavy box was on top of the amazon pallet and that she try to get it down slowly but when it all on the floor she felt a twist on her lower back management ask her why she didn’t get help that it was a preventable incident she has no response management also ask her what she wanted to do and she said that she was going to go home and rest and see if the pain goes away later on that day she send a text to management that she was going to the er because she was in pain. She called in for 2 days returning to work on [REDACTED] she gives management her documentations and management ask her what she wanted to do and she said she wanted to file for workers compensation.
