He was on his second relay on [REDACTED] as he walked up to [REDACTED] He mis-stepped his right foot and twisted his right ankle and fell. He thought he will be fine so he didn’t report to the supervisor right away. As he continued the pain progressed and it was hard for him to walk. He contacted a supervisor around [REDACTED] to explained what had happened.
