What happened
[REDACTED] reported to Management he was in the back of Promaster preparing a delivery to customer resident when a customer driving a white Honda [REDACTED] hit the front of postal vehicle causing carrier to fall on the floor on the left side of his body. Carrier filed a police report over the phone. Police gave case #240700562. A church across the street gave Management the video of accident. Management looked at video and does not see customer hitting Promaster with force to cause carrier to fall and injure himself. The video shows customer backing and barely touching Promaster. Carrier went to seek medical at Memorial Height Hospital. Management did not see any visible damages to Promaster.
