A little after [REDACTED] I was delivering [REDACTED] 1719 and I was on [REDACTED]. As I was delivering to [REDACTED] the customer from [REDACTED] started approaching me aggressively. The customer then stated that You didn 't see these papers in my mailbox bitch? I then told him that I didn 't see any papers in the mailbox. The customer then stated You need to do your job better bitch! Take this shit you nigger! I then notified the customer that I will not receive anything with aggression and threat. The customer then threw both pieces of paper at me which hit me in my face (nose). The customer continued calling me a nigger and a bitch. He then went and got his cellphone and came back into my personal space. with his dog to start recording. I walked away from the customer to defuse the situation. I then called the station to report what happened but no one answered. I then called union [REDACTED] and immediately afterwards I called [REDACTED]. After speaking with [REDACTED] I then call
