[REDACTED] is [REDACTED] and I was working on [REDACTED] and around [REDACTED] I walked up to a house to deliver a package to [REDACTED] they had a little wooden ramp to get on the porch I walked up it put the package down in front of the porch turned around and starting walking then toward the end of the ramp I just slid down and fell on my whole left side then I got up and went back to the truck.
