What happened
I received a call from carrier on [REDACTED]. He stated that he had fallen down the steps of a residential home he hurt his back and he just wanted to let a supervisor know because he felt like he was not going to be able to finish the route. The weather conditions this particular day was cold with snow and ice on the ground. The carrier did have his spikes on but still managed to fall down the steps of the residential home and hurt his back. I had the carrier write a statement on the incident and I took pictures of the home and the carriers footwear.
