As I went to close the back door of the LLV on [REDACTED] parcels began to fall over at this point I turned to stop the parcels from falling. As I turned I felt a sharp pain in my neck. Immediately after I felt a discomfort slight pain on the left side. That pain increases dramatically if I look left or look down. I was unable to look into the two rearview mirrors by the passenger door without intense pain. I then sat in the LLV called management and waited for help.
