Carrier was carrying mail in the [REDACTED] when 2 dogs came out of the alley way. Carrier - I looked back and seen them coming to me so I had to run to the next house that has a gate open. As I turned into the gate to lock it my ankle turned on itself as I was trying to get the gate to lock before the dog could jump on the gate then the 2 loose dogs ran back to the bottom of the block
