On [REDACTED] Carrier was driving vehicle 0233934 heading [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] toward [REDACTED] Around [REDACTED] she saw the red light at the intersection of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] She thought all the lights are red and malfunctioning since all the cars stopped from all directions. She treated as a stop sign and proceeded since she was the first to stop. The car on her left proceeded too and they collided in the middle of intersection. Carrier was issued a traffic ticket for failure to stop at red light.
