What happened
Employee came in on [REDACTED] and gave me supervisor 2 doctor 's note one that she couldn 't load trailers with mail and another one that she couldn 't lift no more than 10 lbs. when it comes to packages. She informed me that her injury wasn 't work related but was inquiring light duty and said a tour 3 supervisor had given her light duty paperwork. I signed my portion of the light duty paperwork and took copies of her doctor 's note and gave it to my tour MDO.
