What happened
While delivering mail to the cluster box at [REDACTED] the carrier opened the CBU and was confronted by about ten wasps one of which stung her on the left hand. She immediately contacted [REDACTED] to report the incident noting her allergy and the absence of her [REDACTED] that [REDACTED]. She expressed her willingness to continue working unless swelling began. At approximately 1400 hours [REDACTED] treated the CBU with bee spray to address any remaining wasps. The following [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Carrier reported to management with a swollen hand resulting from the sting completed her delivery route and stated her intention to visit MedExpress requesting a CA-1 form.
