What happened
Box truck stopped in the middle of the street and put truck in reverse and hit my vehicle. I was unable to back up due to a car behind me I was blowing my horn repeatedly to alert the driver he never stopped. His truck landed on the hood of my vehicle. My seatbelt locked up on my shoulder make it tight to move and left bruises.
