Station: [REDACTED] [REDACTED]’s Date: [REDACTED] Description of accident.: On [REDACTED] FTR gave us a statement about issues with his knees. He wrote a statement stating that on [REDACTED] he started feeling pain aches in his knees while delivering his route. He finished his route and went home assuming that it was just aches and pain from his first week back to work. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the pain subsided in the morning. He stated that the pain returned after he completed his assignment on [REDACTED] he stated that he could barely walk. [REDACTED] he said that he thinks he needs to see a doctor because it got worse. Medical treatment:- The employee left work to seek medical attention.
