[REDACTED] reported at [REDACTED] she was delivering to a mailbox on Hickam. When she turned to get back into the vehicle she lost her footing on the raised cement in front of the mailboxes and tried to catch herself on the side of the doorway of the vehicle and hit her left ring finger and it made a popping noise. She felt a pain down her forearm and it became difficult to move her hand or use it.
