Per the employee On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I was working in the Amity section and placing parcels from postcons to the blue bins. I carefully picked up parcels and getting ready to place the parcels in the bin. Just as i was placing the parcel in the bin and the contents of the parcel shifted to the right and i tried to gain control of the parcel with twisted my bicep on my right arm which was hurt in the process.
