What happened
[REDACTED] after finishing work on the [REDACTED] 100 I was sent to work on SPBS #1 at [REDACTED]. I began my first rotation on the floor on the inside. When I got there many sacks and gaylords were overflowing so I worked that rotation non-stop trying to catch up. [REDACTED] I lifted a sack over my head to place in a BMC that was full. While doing that I felt a sharp pain in my lower back on my left side. I have pain and spasms since. I thought they may go away but haven 't yet. I reported this injury the following day to my supervisor [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. The accident was reported to me in the back expansion at [REDACTED] the next day on [REDACTED]. Employee approached me stating how the injury occurred and mentioned where the location on his body is in pain. I followed up with if he needed immediate medical attention. Employee responded back with No. I then asked if he would like to submit an accident report and Employee said he would like to report the accident. I received his
