While working on APBS 4 around [REDACTED] employee was moving an [REDACTED] to get a manual pallet jack that was stuck between 2 [REDACTED] 's. While pulling out the manual pallet jack from in between the [REDACTED] 's and believing had cleared enough space employee bumped one of the [REDACTED] 's and the manual pallet jack turned running over the right side of her right foot. Employee claims cannot put pressure on right foot and requested medical attention.
