What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] Carrier was delivering to [REDACTED] and put her arm though the fence to deliver to the mailbox on the other side of the fence. when mid size white dog came from around the other side of a white truck parked in the driveway where the carrier could not see when approaching the mailbox. the Dog jumped up a latched on the carriers left forearm drawing blood the carrier called for the owner who was outside to get their dog and they grab the dog and took it inside. Local law enforcement and humane society was called.
