dumping mail

verified kc [REDACTED] employee 2 was dumping mail into an OTR and when BN employee 1 was bringing in dump mail he hit a postcon with the wire he was carrying and due to the fact my back was turned it hit me in the back. When I heard the noise I tried to move out the way but the OTR still managed to hit me. After I told employee 3 he hit me he said he didn 't see me due to the postcons that was lined up being pulled.
