Carrier called an acting supervisor [REDACTED] and said that had hurt his shoulder while arranging mail inside his truck. Upon her and another acting supervisor ([REDACTED]) arrival at [REDACTED] they found the carrier sitting inside the mail truck ([REDACTED]). There was a bump visible thru the shirt above the carrier right shoulder. They asked him what happened and he said that he was arranging mail inside his truck and hit his shoulder on the shelf. He said he blanked out after and done remember what happened after. I asked him if he fainted but he said he doesn 't remember. They called in the ambulance and he was taken to the local hospital. While supervisor [REDACTED] was waiting on the ambulance to take the carrier to the hospital a lady approached her and asked her if she 's related to the carrier. She told her that she is his supervisor. She then told her that she saw what happened. She wrote a statement saying that she saw the carrier and another carrier first talking on the s
