On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee reported a claim that she injured herself pulling full letter trays from the top of a pyrack on DBCS machine #3. She claimed that she felt a pull in her Right underarm and that it felt as though she may have pulled a muscle. I told her not to pull anymore mail down or do anything that could make the situation worse and that I would send someone over to pull the mail down for her. She then came back to me at approxiamtely [REDACTED] and stated that she was in continuous pain and felt as though she needed to seek medical treatment. She proceeded to write a statement about the incident and then she left work to go to the emergency department at approxiamtely [REDACTED].
