ON [REDACTED] 24 CITY CARRIER WAS DELIVERING MAIL AT [REDACTED] AND A BOTFLY BIT HIM ON HIS LEFT CHEEK AND THEN BIT HIM ON HIS LEFT ARM AND NECK. IT CAUSED SWELLING AND A PAINFUL BUMS ON HIS SKIN. AFTER A FEW DAYS [REDACTED] STARTED TO APPEAR ON THE AFFECTED WOUND. HE MANAGED TO PULL THE [REDACTED] OF HIS CHEEK BY USING A TWEEZER. THE ONE ON HIS NECK IS HAVING A SEVERE PAIN AND FEELS LIKE A RAZOR CUTTING PAIN. UNTIL THIS MOMENT HE THOUGHT HE WAS OKAY BUT NOW HAS TOO MUCH PAIN AND REPORTED IT TO HIS SUPERVISOR [REDACTED].
