What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a mail handler was unloading 2 OTRs from a trailer. Once the first one was unloaded the employee maneuvered around to the second OTR and the small door of the OTR burst open and hit her in the back of the neck. Another fellow employee witnessed the accident and helped her get the door off of her. Employee reported dizziness.
