Verified: KR Emp. reported to me that she sweeping mail on [REDACTED] and she felt a shooting pain in her hip and buttocks. She attempted to stretch the pain out and was unsuccessful she requested to go to the hospital. Upon her return from the hospital she stated that the doctor told her it was her sciatic nerve. She did not hit her body against anything nor did she pick up anything. She was in sweeping motion when the pain occurred.
