What happened
OHC created SHMT based on e-comp. I was pulling a post con and the top shelf fell striking the top of my right hand I was not aware that the safety latch was defected. At impact shelf caused a couple small laceration to top of hand causing it to bleed. Couple hrs. after impact hand began to swell and was unable to move fingers following morning woke up with hand bruised on top and bottom and pain to the touch.
