Employee states that on [REDACTED] he was delivering mail to [REDACTED] He states he slipped on the steps which were covered in snow. He states he grabbed the handrail but fell and bent his right leg back and that he landed on his tailbone. He refused medical attention at that time by signing a declination letter. He delivered the rest of his assigned mail. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] he is requesting medical attention. It was my understanding that my staff entered the accident at that time however they did not.
