What happened
At approximately [REDACTED]. [REDACTED]. I Carrier from [REDACTED] was exciting my vehicle when I slipped and fell. I twisted my ankle. I notified Supervisor at [REDACTED] and advised him that the ankle was only a little sore and swollen and that I felt I could finish my route. I told him I intended to carry a relay or two and then call back with how I am feeling. At [REDACTED] after completing the [REDACTED] ??? loop. I called Supervisor back and advised him I felt like the twisted ankle could not keep me from finishing my assignment. I completed my route and returned to the office at my schedule return time. However at this pint the ankle is still sore and swollen. As I write this i have clocked out for the evening and I intended to go to urgent care to determine if it is a sprained. I notified another (Supervisor) of this.
