CARRIER WAS CROSSING STREET TO BEGIN RELAY AT [REDACTED]. A DOG RAN OUT OF THE GARAGE OF THE FIRST HOUSE AND MET THE CARRIER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. CARRIER 'S HANDS WERE FULL BUT USED SATCHEL TO BLOCK THE DOG. DOG WENT UNDER THE SATCHEL AND BIT THE CARRIER IN THE RIGHT THIGH. OWNER CAME OUT OF GARAGE AND CALLED BACK THE DOG.
