What happened
Carrier reported accident to the Supervisor I reached out to the carrier. (RCA) he stated that he was attempting to back up to make a U turn when he drifted into the ditch ([REDACTED]). The carrier got out of the LLV to place a mail tray behind the wheel of the truck as he was bending down to do so his right knee popped injuring himself. Immediately after is when he alerted management. I made sure the carrier was safe and asked was he ok and did he need to come off the street for medical. He said that he would continue to deliver the mail if someone else could take the parcels off of him from [REDACTED] and the Bump he had on [REDACTED]. I agreed [REDACTED] took him another truck and I sent a tow truck to pull the other LLV out of the ditch
