What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee was driving on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. The employee came to a stop sign after stopping the employee proceeded through the intersection. While traveling through the intersection the employee was struck by a Chevrolet [REDACTED] driven by Customer in the passenger side of the GOV. The impact occurred in the middle of the intersection that the employee was traveling through. After the impact the vehicle was unable to be placed into Park and continued to roll back an unknown male came from a home in the proximity to the accident and assisted the employee with setting the parking brake of the GOV to stop the vehicle from rolling. A short [REDACTED] later the local Police and Fire arrived on scene to assess the individuals involved the employee was asked a series of questions to evaluate her current state.
