Employee states Fed on DBCS #9 from [REDACTED]. Wasn 't allowed to alternate between feeding and sweeping. Didn 't get to switch with partner after every hour. Back was hurting after 4 hours. Came back from break at [REDACTED] and was get to feed even though it wasn 't my turn. Squat and bend with back straight to pick up trays and felt pull in back. Went and told [REDACTED]. She called [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] forced me to perform the exact same motion that injured me once again and recorded. Back is hurting to breathe as we speak.
