HE PICKED A BAG OF PACKAGES OFF OF THE SHELF AND THE CRATE AND THE PACKAGES FELL ON HIM AND HIT HIM ON HIS RIGHT SIDE. THERE WAS A MANAGER NAMED [REDACTED] AND ANOTHER [REDACTED] MEMBER THAT WAS PRESENT. THIS HAS CAUSED HIM MORE PROBLEMS THAT IS ANTICIPATED ACCORDING TO [REDACTED]. THIS INJURY EXACERBATED HIS ORIGINAL INJURY PAIN INTO A PROBLEM THAT HE WAS ALREADY DEALING WITH AND HE TOOK PICTURES AND REPORTED TO HIS SUPERVISOR [REDACTED].
