Loading vehicle

I was loading at case for route 6 on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]ish I lifted box off floor to put in cart and something popped as I leaned over in cart. I went to supervisor and explained something popped in my back and was hurting there was no way to take the heavy boxes she said would get them run by parcel helper. I tried to keep going I left office to realize it hurt to sit and press gas pedal. Called supervisor to inform of issue was way worse than a thought and I couldn’t proceed on route turned around and brought vehicle back and went to urgent care because the ER was completely full.
