0n 2 3 2024 THE CLOSING SUPERVISOR AT BBS. AT AROUND [REDACTED] employee. TOLD ME SHE WAS HAVING BACK PAIN AND THAT SHE WAS GOING HOME AND TAKE PAIN KILLER AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS. SHE HAD ALWAYS COMPLAINED ABOUT BACK PAIN AND WILL ALWAYS LEAVE BIG PACKAGES BECAUSE SHE SIAD SHE WAS ON RESTRICTION WHEN I QUESTIONED HER IN THE PAST. I HAVE TO SOMETIMES CONNECT THOSE PACKAGES TO ANOTHER CARRIER OR DELIEVER THEM MYSELF.SHE DID NOT DISCUSS WITH ME OR MAKE ANY FORMAL COMPLAINT THAT SHE WAS HURT ON THE JOB. 0N 2 5 2024 AROND [REDACTED] HOURS SHE CAME BACK WITH THE REST OF THE ROUTE THAT SHE NEEDED A FORM TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND [REDACTED] CLAIMING SHE GOT HURT ON THE JOB.
