What happened
On [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] I was delivering my route at [REDACTED] as I was walking to the mailbox I heard and felt a POP in my right knee. I stopped at the mailbox because I was in pain. [REDACTED] there was no pain so I continued my route. I returned to the station at about [REDACTED] and was told by the PM supervisor to get off the clock immediately. The next day my knee was hurting and by [REDACTED] it had swollen up. [REDACTED] I went to urgent care and had X-rays done. Was given a note to be off for 5 days and to follow-up with my PCP.
