Verified-DT [REDACTED] was on the long leg dock clearing the mail out of an apc which was secured by the orange latch when I picked up the sack out of the apc with my left hand the shelf came down on my right hand with complete force that I immediately had to stop because my hand was throbbing and was swollen. The next day at work it was looking worse and bruising so I went to urgent care.
