Moving a pallet of bundles with pallet [REDACTED]

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] mail handler [REDACTED] while dispatching on the platform. While loading the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] trip at approximately [REDACTED] Mail handler felt a pull in the middle of her back as she entered the truck with a gaylord of bundles on a hand jack. The truck was staged in the bay at a low angle so as she entered the truck with the hand jack it rolled down on the decline pulling her slightly forward. Accident reenactment was conducted with employee to the best we could being that the truck had already left. Medical attention was refused.
