What happened
On [REDACTED] employee requested assistance on her route just because she was not feeling to do it. Due to the amount of call outs on that day I was not able to assist her and asked her kindly to please take out her mail. [REDACTED] we heard a loud scream and then a bang when I rushed over to the scene the shelf of the case was sitting partially on the table and floor. The other employees took up the case and we assisted her it was placed back on the shelf. She was rubbing her leg as though she was in pain. I offered to call the ambulance several times she denied any ambulatory aid. [REDACTED] she called me and stated she will be back at work but never returned
