On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] City Carrier was returning to the station from retrieving her lunch upon arrival she made a claim that she fell on ice between two cars infront of address [REDACTED] .This claimed was reported to the supervisors on duty .she did not seek medical attention immediately but visited the urgent care over the weekend and was placed on light duty.There were no cameras in front of the [REDACTED] so we could not identify any foul play.
