Employee reported on [REDACTED] that she experienced an injury on [REDACTED] while working at the APPS. This was 72 hours after the injury supposedly took place. Employee reported an injury to her right ankle that was sustained [REDACTED]. Employee stated that she began to feel pain in her right ankle in the posterior region near the Achilles tendon radiating up to her mid-calf on [REDACTED]. She stated she was descending a staircase from the Semi Auto inductor when the pain began. Employee stated that she did not trip or fall and that there were no obstacles or debris on the staircase. Employee states she is able to stand walk and bear weight on the injury but it hurts worse at some times than others. Employee requested to seek medical attention for the injury
