What happened
On [REDACTED] about [REDACTED] Carrier was walking towards the house address [REDACTED] to deliver mail. As she was walking towards the house owner came out and walked to his personal vehicle. When owner of the house walked out he did not close the front door. 3 Dogs came out and attacked the carrier . EE did the best she can to protect herself but one dog still managed to bite her thigh. Carrier was not familiar with this area as she was doing her extra time on the different route.
