Servicing cluster box on city delivery route 4433

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Carrier assigned to route 4433 sustained injuries while delivering mail on [REDACTED] way. Carrier stated that she “was putting mail in one box and went to turn to go to another box and fell.” Her “right arm hit the open door and she rolled down the curb hurting her legs arm and back.” Employee also stated that she “Honestly doesn’t know how she fell she looked to see if she slipped on something and didn’t see anything.” The carrier had visible abrasions on her right arm and leg. Supervisor promptly transported the employee to Concentra for medical attention. Additionally Supervisor did not notice any uneven pavement to cause a fall as presented in the images taken on the scene of the incident.
