On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] while Employee was outside loading his postal truck on the dock he proceeded to lift a heavy package and felt pain in his lower back employee did state to his supervisor that he felt that his back got hurt while lifting the package and proceed to ask one of his coworkers to help him load the package and then left to deliver the mail on the street While delivering the mail texted management stating that his back got worse and he will not be able to complete the route he was offered medical and decided to go to the doctor immediate
