What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] City Carrier finished servicing a cluster box as [REDACTED]. He proceeded to climb back to the promaster van. Upon climbing through the side his body slipped while climbing. This resulted in his right foot hyperextending while it was place on the van floor. This resulted in pain and eventual swelling making walking difficult.
