At Approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] took care of a jam at the right destacker the door of the destacker is very difficult to open. You literally have to yank on the door. [REDACTED] continued prepping mail at the [REDACTED] 100. She took her break at [REDACTED] and had been prepping mail since. At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] took care of another jam at the right destacker this time the employees right chest area was in pain with movement lifting their right arm forward. As well as sudden movement of the upper torso.
